i cant find the download :O Question

For some reason it says ElementMS, but I'm not sure why. /:

i downloaded the client and putted in my v83 folder but somehow it just wont work and at the website of ColorMS it says its online so fix this or come with a selution please

But to me, it says that the client is outdated or something but I have the v83 folder and the .exe file.
